Cranberry Walnut Bread


Time: 25 minutes


  • 1 22oz whole-wheat pizza dough
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


Preheat oven to 450 degrees with cast-iron skillet inside. Remove pizza dough from bag and flatten onto counter. Sprinkle ½ of the toppings overtop the dough and knead to combine. Add the rest of the toppings and knead just to combine. Spread dough so it’s about 10 inches across – so it’ll fit snugly in the skillet. Remove skillet (careful, it’s HOT) and drizzle with olive oil. Add the dough and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy.
