Perfect for a warm summer afternoon lunch or evening, served with lots of grilled veggies and watermelon slices.

These shrimp rolls are so simple, yet so delicious. And they come together quickly. The shrimp are briefly marinated in Drew’s Romano Caesar Dressing and Quick Marinade and then grilled. The grilled shrimp then sit atop coleslaw that has been tossed in creamy caesar dressing and stuffed into mini hot dog buns. Then the rolls are topped with crushed croutons for more flavor, crunch and just plain goodness. Don’t skip the crushed croutons. Serve these Grilled Caesar Shrimp Rolls with lemon wedges.

These rolls are cute, tasty and they just scream summer.

Note: Drew’s Romano Caesar Dressing and Quick Marinade is creamy and packed with flavor, but doesn’t contain eggs or anchovies so it’s a great option for those looking for a caesar dressing without fish/eggs, whether for allergy reasons or preference. It’s also GF.  4Make these for one of your Memorial Day weekend parties. They’re a crowd pleaser. And since they’re minis, they’re high on the fun factor and your guest can enjoy as many as they’d like.
